POLICIES
PEARL Business Solutions (PEARL KC) is an Independent Contractor, and all clients are asked to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement prior to PEARL Business Solutions providing any services. All Independent Contractor Agreements require a 90-day written notice for termination by either party.
PEARL KC charges a monthly fee, based on the services outlined in Exhibit A of the Independent Contractor Agreement. These fees are due in full by the 5th of each month.
Your privacy is important to PEARL KC. Your name and contact info may be shared with people who assist PEARL KC with the services provided, otherwise your personal information will be kept confidential (unless client provides permission to give out direct contact info.) In addition, all documents, emails, and information pertaining to your clients are also kept confidential, unless you grant us permission to share.
Clients are responsible for porting costs for their company phone, as well as any monthly fees if client chooses to subscribe to the app for the phone system (currently Go-To-Connect) for their mobile device. (App allows clients to make outgoing calls from their business number that is forwarded to PEARL KC for receiving calls.) Client is also responsible for expenses such as postage and office supplies that are to be used specifically for their business (i.e. envelopes, labels, binders, dividers, large volumes of copies, etc.)
PEARL KC is responsible for paying typical business expenses related to furnishing services under the Contractor Agreement such as the cost of equipment, tools, office space, internet and support services.
Any client phone numbers ported to PEARL Business Solutions will be maintained by PEARL KC for the duration of the client’s contract, but client will remain as the “owner” of said phone numbers. Upon termination of their contract, clients will be able to port their phone number to their preferred carrier/service provider.
SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PEARL Business Solutions (PEARL KC) does offer SMS Messaging as an option for communicating.
Types of Messages: Messages will be sent on an as-needed basis and will be for conversational communication purposes only in order to answer questions, let them know we are on our way to an appointment, and for them to reach us if they are running late or need to reschedule.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary, typically averaging 1-2 messages per week.
Opt-Out Instructions: If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from PEARL Business Solutions, simply reply to us with the message “STOP” or "UNSUBSCRIBE" and you will receive no further messages.
